What we collect
From the contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if provided), and your answer about your current website.
From clients: the business details, photos and files you add in your client portal, your sign-in email, and records of your plan and payments. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and never reach our servers.
Through services we run for clients: messages sent through client websites' contact forms, call and text records, and booking and chat conversations. We handle these on behalf of the client business they belong to.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, provide and support our services, bill for them, keep them secure, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Texting
Texts sent through our services are sent only where permitted. Reply STOP to any message to opt out (this takes effect immediately) or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We keep opt-out records so we can keep honoring them.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the services, and only as needed: our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), Twilio and the phone carriers (calls and texts), our email delivery provider, scheduling and chat tools, and AI model providers that generate replies from approved business information. They may process data only to provide their services to us.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in to the client portal uses a necessary session cookie. Fonts and icons are loaded from third-party content delivery networks, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form requests while they are useful for following up. When a client's service ends, we provide an export, then delete their files and personal data, except records we must keep (such as billing, legal and opt-out records).
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information at any time by emailing migajugg@gmail.com.
