You can access your control panel by going to www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com/stats/

How can I login to my control panel?
You can login to your control panel two (2) ways; First, you can login using your email address and email password to check/send email through Webmail. Secondly, you can login using your hosting account username and password.

An example of logging in to check Webmail:

An example of logging in for anything other than checking Webmail (i.e. add/delete/modify POP or forwarding accounts, make changes to your website, etc.):

How do I check my email through Webmail?
You can check your email through Webmail by logging into your control panel at www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com/stats using your email address and email password as the login criteria then click on "Mail Manager".

How do I add/delete/modify an email account?
Log into your control panel at www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com/stats/ using your hosting account username and password, click on Maintain Email Accounts, under the POP3 heading you can "view | add | edit | remove" email accounts.

Log into your control panel at www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com/stats/ using your hosting account username and password, click on Maintain Email Accounts, under the Forwards heading you can "view | add | edit | remove" email accounts.

How do I add/delete/modify an autoresponder?
Log into your control panel at www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com/stats/ using your email address and password, click on Mail Manager, click on Enable Auto Responder then click on Edit Message.

To access your website statistics goto www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com/urchin/.

How can I make changes to my website through the control panel?
Log into your control panel at www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.com using your hosting account username and password. Click on File Manager. Under Directory Contents click on www then under the same Directory Contents click on your domain name. Here you will see a list of folders (directories) and files. These are your website files; webpages, images, etc. From here you can create a directory, create a new file or upload a new file. Files that have the extensions HTML or HTM are your web pages. You can click on one and then click Edit File to make changes. Having a basic knowledge of HTML is essential so mistakes are not made. If a file is overwritten and you need the old one back we can restore it for free on the same day the mistake was made prior to midnight EST. A restoration fee of $150 will be charged if files need to be restored after midnight... so please be careful!
